I JUST finished playing the Gravity Circuit 2 demo! And I must say good LORD I was dying an embarrassingly large number as Kai and not Cable, I do have a recording of my gameplay but my editing software hates hour long videos so have some doodles of what my experience was while playing!

this is a long overdue editing and tying-together of the collapse arc, refining mechanics and writing a bit now that it's over. I had a lot of issues with it that I really wanted to settle, and now, I feel way more confident in the game. I hope you like it!

recently I came to a realization about why "smart devices" are so shitty if you take an appliance that creates some sort of physical output, and connect it to a network, what you've actually done is invent a new kind of printer and printers are, of course, the devil's machines

Now that Artfight is over, I would like to share all the attacks I had done this year. I focused solely on drawing Gravity Circuit OCs, and I was really glad to see that they were well received by all of their owners. I saw tons of cool GC OCs there that I hope to draw someday. #artfight2026

Artfight attack for user hambreezy

Illustration of their OC Mass wielding their signature energy flail, a Circuit whose design draws inspiration from hoplite armour. He’s one of the few Circuits from the Suppression Ark tasked with stopping those who dare to rebel against the Master’s mission.

Artfight attack for users MoondialDoodles (owner of Star Delta Circuit) and D3MON1X_ (owner of Cloud, Glider Circuit), one OC for each.

Star Delta Circuit (top) and Glider Circuit, Cloud (bottom) flying together above a sea of clouds. The background is a blurred photo of a sea of clouds to save time from actually drawing it.

Artfight attack for users hambreezy (owner of Flip/Root) and sachertorte (owner of Captain)

Flip/Root (left) and Captain standing side by side. Flip has her hand on Captain’s shoulder as a gesture of support. Together, they put forward the facade of benevolent leaders who aid the rebelling bots when in actuality, they’re from the Suppression Ark.

Artfight attack for user DippingOut

Illustration of their OC Log swimming in the sea alongside other robotic sea life consisting of a school of fish and a whale. The robot fish and whale have been drawn from Jet the Hydro Circuit’s music preview video that was uploaded by DominicNinmark.

Archaeologists (and collectors). Anyone have an idea of what this is? Most of the other material we've encountered is late 19th/early 20th cent. I'm assuming the decorative piece from a cast iron stove, but that just may be a lack of imagination on my part. 🏺

Rectangular decorated iron piece about 6 inches by 4 inches. The embossed decoration appears to be an arched doorway. There is a handle on the right hand side.

another thing i like about the Monoists is that theyre Black-aligned and pro-apocalypse, but theyre *not* misanthropic. they dont want the world to end because they believe people are bad and deserve to die. they want the world to end because they believe people are *good* and deserve a better world

Using their language bc the phrase "Stifling innovation" in US antitrust/anticompetition cases tends to get heard When you file a complaint here, make sure to name "Google LLC and Alphabet Inc." keepandroidopen.org #keepandroidopen

Concern Regarding Google's Android OS and Competition

I, the consumer, purchased an Android device believing in Google’s promise it was an open computing platform and that I could run the software I chose on it. Starting next year, they will be non-consensually pushing an update to my device irrevocably blocking this right, leaving me at the mercy of their judgement over what software I am permitted to use. This decision stifles innovation in the mobile development space, and will harm the programming literacy of future generations as Android app development is commonly used in US schooling. It is entirely at odds with Android's foundation as an open-source operating system.
