"Election fraud!" is the rallying cry of the people committing the fraud. Mail in ballots can't be hacked, so that's what they want to ban. They complained about supposedly hacked machines in 2020, but it is telling that nothing they propose would change how voting machines are used.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Instead, apply the traditional standards: because they are billionaires, they are a flight risk, and can be held without bail. Pretrial conditions shouldn't be punitive, but not luxurious either. But they should feel the full impact of the steady buildup of evidence.

I think that going topic by topic, jurisdiction stripping can be extremely useful: e.g. no jurisdiction to review lower court decisions limiting executive discretion over congressional spending, or to permit the president to fire officers in derogation of congressional mandates.
