Airbus Maintained Delivery Momentum in September with 72 Jets Shipped, Keeping Full-Year Aircraft Targets Within Reach
Aviation News – European aerospace titan Airbus delivered 72 commercial aircraft in September, maintaining steady progress toward its ambitious annual targets despite persistent global supply chain bottlenecks. The latest shipments bring the planemaker’s total deliveries for the first nine months of the year to 547 aircraft, representing an eight percent increase compared to the same period last year. The September figures mirror performance from a year prior, when Airbus handed over 73 aircraft to customers worldwide.

It is an international subject. Over the ocean, risk of damage from falling objects is a universal concern. Avoidance is preferable. It's difficult to envision how civil aircraft could be hardened against this hazard.

No need to fly to South America. However, the costs of leaving membership of EASA have been considerable for UK aviation. The lack of mutual recognition for engineer licencing has created duplication, inflexibility and uncertainty. The exit has driven the export of work from the UK.
