YouTube comment with content: "When I took my first driving test 23 years ago, my first question to my instructor was literally this. 'Suppose you have two cars travel at the same speed side by side on the left and right lanes of a three lane road, and both want to move to the centre lane. Who has the right of way.' I've been pulled over for speeding twice in my life, and even went to court to challenge a radar ticket. I ask this question every chance I get. To this day, I have not received an answer."
