Interesting. Good to see someone able to do MRI imaging study, not feasible for us to do this. Would have liked to see 20 mL and imaging after 45 minutes…. Retro-SCTL space block = MTP block. Intertransverse terminology has created the false impression there are several blocks, more confusion.

Love the video! Now thinking do not need multiple injection for MTP, do get multilevel spread clinically (maybe not equivalent volume for volume as injection in PVS) And by “old” you mean original, authentic, and rightful nomenclature 😃
