Didja know that broken heart syndrome mimics a heart attack? Was thinking about the 1 time I did brainspotting in therapy that sent me to the ER afterwards for 4hrs of observation. I've had stress tests & cardiac workups over the years only to be told my heart is fine. Nothing like a broken heart

Researchers have now developed the BioTAK score, which combines biological sex with blood biomarkers to identify the condition before cardiac catherization. In a validation study of nearly 1,800 patients, it correctly classified almost 90% of participants.

I guess the next time heart attack symptoms hit, I'm asking the ER for this test. Maybe they'll put me on Valium or something instead of saying, idk what's wrong with you.

Today's crazy project: spray glow in the dark circles up the outer steps for my mostly blind Eskie. Sealed with glitter blast spray paint and solar lights to the right. Details in ALT

Weathered back steps that were first painted white, then black, then spray painted glow in the dark with a clear glitter sealer.

I used Rustoleum Glow in the Dark and Krylon Sealer Glitter Blast clear

Omg there are people on horses going down the road next to my house! Awesome

I sprayed 2 inverted wire trash baskets on each step where the wood is exposed or white painted areas, then sealed with the glitter spray.

The 2 wire trash baskets have Grey rocks in one and pinkish rocks in the other and are holding solar lights.

Plus there's 2 peacock statues and 2 fairy statues and a boot scraper on the top step.

It comes after the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) reported earlier this month that deficits are now so large that the US Treasury is paying $3 billion a day in interest, totalling $963 billion between October 2025 (when the 2026 fiscal year begins) and July 2026.

Treasury data for August 18 shows the closing balance for the day on public debt outstanding totaled $40.04 trillion.
