Food allergies and sensitivities are getting harder to navigate, I swear. I just started a GLP-1 and I’ve been looking for high protein items. I’m allergic to pumpkin, lactose intolerant, and am sensitive to stevia. Literally everything has dairy, stevia, or pumpkin.

Milk isn’t an effective way to combat being tear gassed. Just fyi. Milk doesn’t neutralize tear gas, nor does it counter the effects. In fact, pouring milk in your eyes isn’t good for you. It can cause an infection and actually irritate your eyes more.
