While the Supreme Court's ruling on birth-right citizenship is a bit of a relief, it is also a sad reflection of how far the court has fallen. Three justices created tortured, absurd arguments to vote against the extremely plain, simple language of the 14th Amendment. The court has lost legitimacy.
