Well I'm still driving the #Ioniq5 (with #Burstner caravan around Bavaria and have to say the roads are great !! The Ioniq is loving them. So all I ! Just drove to kayak on the Danube and charged at Kaufland and this is the result ! If I went to 100% that's 555km !!!!!

This chase to the highest range is a lost cause isn't it ?? I've just driven from Burgundy to the German Alps with a caravan (halves the range) and we never once needed to sit and wait to charge. It was either coffee breaks, wee breaks or puppy dog breaks. Mostly all three together. #DriveEV

This is real bad news as it showed us Legacy drivers that Tesla were still working hard I've just just had the AC compressor fail on my 2019 S (very expensive repair at 2000€) this really is a big problem they have overlooked. Old cars suffer from degraded cooling as a matter of life on the roads

So I stopped the #hyundai #Bluelink 100 quid a year subscription a month ago. It turns out it was 70 quid a year for 2 OTA updates that did nothing useful So now it's WiFi + USB! I started at 7.30 am and here I am at 2.45pm !! They are doing this deliberately snail pace right!?

We have a huge network of 180kW chargers at McDonald's here in France and I use them more than any other CPO. They have coffee on tap and are actually the cheapest DC around : 0.35€/kWh !! Enjoy your coffee, #DriveEV

F1 is running sustainable fuel this year onwards and not crop fuel either. They can now make fuel with more kilo joules than petrol !! There are also strong rumours that BYD are looking at buying a team !!
