Saturday evening on Prestwick beach, looks lovely but that wind would've cut you in half. #sharemondays2026

Stevenston Beach, Ayrshire

Another high contrast scene from the Ayrshire Coastal Path.

Another moody dune shot from my journey along the Ayrshire Coastal Path.

Nearly there. Wee nudge to the 1 or 2 still to send their images over or there might need to be a few empty pages. #Sharemondays2025 #Book #Sharemondays2026

You've obviously mastered it Geoff, keep up the good work.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

My choice for this week's #sharemondays2026 Well done to @geoff-franklin.bsky.social I never imagined for a minute I'd be choosing an icm shot but Geoff's image grabbed me from the first viewing. Over to you for next week Geoff.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

Thanks John, I do like a print.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

From a section of the Ayrshire Coastal Path near Seamill last week.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

The term nacreous cloud has just popped into my head, could that have been the phenomena you were thinking of?

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Been doing some bite size bits of the Ayrshire Coastal Path in the last few days. This is not really representative of the majority of the path but enjoyed this scene near Ardrossan.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Glad you enjoyed it Rob, delighted and honoured to be this week's winner.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Thanks for including me in your top 4 Rob.

More washed up plastic. 😡

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Yes, there's usually one to the other side of the sun but depending on conditions not always visible.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Looks like a sundog to me. Are you thinking of iridescent clouds?

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Rainy day in Glasgow. #sharemondays2026

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Donated and also bought a sweatshirt which arrived today. A lot more than flags available these days.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Congratulations @sarahlonges.bsky.social well deserved too.

Somehow imagined the wing walkers would get into position nearer the display area but here they are taking off. 😮

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Thought I saw a sheep there at first glance. 😀

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Watched them come in on Thursday, Red 10 arrived early followed by the other 6. 7 displayed on Friday but only 6 on the Saturday.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Mostly planes in the last week. Can a photo be a metaphor? Well, with the Red Arrows down to only 6 planes for Saturday's display due to maintenance issues with their aging aircraft and Air China increasing their weekly cargo flights to Prestwick from 3 to 11, perhaps it can. #sharemondays2026

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

Early days yet, I like the size and was pleased with my shots from Friday. It does seem prone to flare wide open, but for the price I'm happy so far.

Ever changing scenes from Prestwick Beach, liked the glimpse of Goat Fell.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

My daughter was keen to visit the remains of St. Peter's Seminary, how could I refuse. 😀 #sonya7cii

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 24/08/2026

Thanks Robert.

Ian McClure @ian-mcc.bsky.social · 24/08/2026
