Boundaries for bots: stop your coding assistant breaking your build
Use modularity and clean interfaces to limit the context your coding assistant needs to load up, restrict code churn, and reduce build breakages.

LLMs frequently state that a test is “flaky” or “previously failing” as an excuse not to fix it. Is that the result of reinforcement learning, or have you all been doing that in the training data?

Juniors need to learn how to engineer software in the presence of AI tools. The rules and principles don’t change, and indeed the AI tools don’t apply the rules or principles—they just generate text.

Boxing clever: stop your LLM from writing redundant code.
A simple UML use case diagram and system boundary can keep your LLM from going off the rails. By defining exactly what is inside your system and what belongs outside (like external APIs), you give…

Hand the cheap model a trajectory, not a plan: /prewalk keeps 92–97% of the frontier pass rate at roughly half the cost, measured on SWE-Bench Pro.

A lot of people of various ilks are going to be confused when OpenAI and Oracle go bust, SpaceX and Anthropic at best fall below to 10% of current valuations, and LLM use nonetheless keeps growing and getting cheaper because hosted open weight models are fully competitive with hyperscalers already
