I’m really glad my LA feed is helping people. My original goal in creating it was personal: find a local guy, ensnare him with my delightful posts, get married. But alas, no luck. Now, it's used to share info about fires and other disasters. So, at least something positive came from my desperation.

I know people will be tempted to screenshot-dunk here in lieu of quote-dunking. May I suggest hiding the person’s ID-ing info before you do? Especially if they're a small account. Ask yourself: Do I want to give them attention and trigger a pile-on, or do I just want to respond to what they said?

I vaguely remember a feed where you could add specific accounts to follow. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I would love one now that bluesky has gotten so big. I don't want to unfollow anyone. I just want to make sure I don't miss out on certain people's posts.
