I don't want to downplay the risks of hypnosis. Mental health is extremely important, and hypnosis is risky in ways that you can't fully mitigate. But I do think that some perspective is helpful. There are MANY BDSM activities that can KILL PEOPLE if you do them wrong. Hypnosis isn't one of them.
