Final house upgrade, and it was replacing the fuse box with a breaker box! I thought we'd have to rewire the house, because of lack a ground wire or three prong outlets. Now I don't need to worry about the AC making my lights flicker, or having adaptors everywhere to plug in tech.

My kitchen sink will back up whenever you run the dishwasher or washing machine. I have to clear the drain line with a snake every few years to fix this problem, because of how the house was built.

We demo'd the old wood fence/gate on one side of the house. It was rotting off the posts and saw a few termites. We're going to have to cut down all the new growth that was behind it along the property line.

Started the Patio/Garage Clean out of 2026! Going to demo the whole patio eventually. Having a truck now has made it so much easier to haul stuff to the dump/recycling. Just need a frequent visitors' card, because they know us now.

This is it… the biggest spinny shot I’ve ever worked on!!! There was NO 3D involved in the character animation!! I created the camera move by placing the characters on pegs. I was so excited when they assigned this to me, I love a challenge >:)

My giant Water Oak isn't having a good time. It's sick and needs to be cut down. My dad also needs to move his decrepit boat out of my yard for the last decade. Inheriting problems for real. People ask if I'm excited to move back, but I have a list of problems that need to be addressed first. 🥲
