TOP-RIGHT: WoU affected by the Stand called Whooshki, which seems to be a series of angry skull bombs commanded by the spiked one wearing a cape. Their explosions release lines of air that go into Wonder via the mouth area, inflating him like a balloon. Inspired from the Winter Windster from Wario World.

BOTTOM-LEFT: The Scuffler "attacking" Wonder of U, taking the form of a classic turn-based RPG battle, with a series of dialogue within text boxes, and a smarmy face on the main one. The dialogue keeps switching between "The Scuffler 'attacks'" and "Wonder got fatter", and he is with each turn. Inspired by the Computer Virus from Kirby Super Star & its remake.

BOTTOM-RIGHT: Wonder of U in an encounter with Manteca, a large sad-looking cake Stand. Wonder, while massively overweight, is holding a pastry that he seems to have taken a bite out of, with the "arms" of the Manteca reach from behind. Inspired by Bundt/Cake from Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars.

Simple digital art of Wonder of U (Part 8 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: JoJolion/ジョジョの奇妙な冒険
Part8 ジョジョリオン) getting hit by a food-related Stand, which causes glowing food of variable sizes to surround him. He's apparently been hit with the Stand that periodically stuffs food down your mouth, the other food growing in size with each round they go uneaten. It's deactivated if the target finds where the Stand is hiding, but the time between each stuffing shortens with each failure to find it... He appears to be uncharacteristically worried, and he's a bit chubbier than usual (his suit isn't fitting at all).

Wonder of U in a flustered, blushing state as an unknown Stand causes him to be fatter than he normally is, his enlarged stomach gurgling from how full it is. There also seems to be a distinct knife-and-fork symbol plastered on his giant, exposed gut. This would imply that it force-fed Wonder of U food of some sort, but the lighting on his gut also suggests his body is now like a swollen balloon...

The Invincible 53rd having trapped Strange Loop, MatchBox, and Mister E. halfway within a mysterious cube 🧊 that inflates then like balloons, due to trying to leave before the game ended. With apparent glee from his...ribbons, he says "Oh dear, it seems our player have been trapped in this MYSTERIOUS CUBE 🧊 !". He's also holding a mike in his left hand, and a nonplussed Fifty-Two in his right as if he were a balloon.

Mister E has no reaction to this whatsoever, MatchBox is surprised this is happening without the usage of his own GC, while Strange Loop looks confused and pissed at this turn of events.
