Hello friends, my client Ernest Penfold has gotten into a spot of trouble again. He has been slapped with a 14-day ban over one of the other posts regarding the activities of a certain member of bluesky staff. He will be appealing this ban, so stay tuned for further updates.

an email that was shared to me by my client, Ernest Penfold, that reads as follows:

"Hi, We've reviewed a Post on your account @penfoldsfiv.bsky.social and found it violates Bluesky's Community Guidelines on Anti-Harassment. We create space for everyone to express themselves by prohibiting harassment and toxic behaviors.

For example:

Do not stalk, persistently target, or create malicious content designed to humiliate or degrade individuals, including through coordinated campaigns.
Do not abuse Bluesky features (lists, labels, community moderation tools), engage in bad-faith mass reporting, use automated harassment systems, or create single-purpose harassment accounts.

Folks, I'm just a simple country lawyer standing up for the little guy against the coastal elite moderation. My client, Ernest Penfold, denies the charges leveled against him (as detailed in the attached letter) and also says that he will return in 3 days.

This post encourages others to publish sexualized, defamatory content targeting a named individual and is part of a pattern of sustained behavior targeting that person across this thread.
