its still insane to me how much money in only a few hours [redacted] was able to make off my art while legally banning me from ever doing the same. they continue to make money off of it to this day while i live in poverty. but sure giving more power to copyright law will totally save artists.

Darkwatch PAL is now 480p 16:9 Memorick is now 16:9 but annoyingly is vert- and i got that working like 5 minutes in but then wasted like 3-4 hours trying to fix it. i cant. -_- Red Ninja is 16:9 now tooooo. altho. her shadow is floating. i need to fix that. somehow.

I had this idea from reading the elizabeth holmes mouse post and then I couldn't do anything else until i painted the idea to completion

keep having issues with every GPU i've bought for my windows 98 pc. one of them just straight up stopped working and the other two have VRAM issues. gunna try and fix the one thats less fucked

started doing a top down CGA tile set for 160x100 pixels and uuhh think that might be a bit *too* small. i was trying to make each tile 8x8 pixels -_- i could do a 16x16 based tileset its just obviously thats twice as zoomed in so...

its also Nvidia exclusive so it only be in a few AAA games they pay to implement it and it will be dead in 5 years

unsurprising that DLSS5 looks good when its an actual release candidate, artists are given total control over where its used & the game was designed around its implementation course no one is going to bother making a completely bespoke model for their game so it will only be useful for hyperrealism
