I'm having a really excellent #Pokemon day today. I figured out my spouse and I can take 5 star raids ALONE in PokeGo (w/ Party Power) and caught a shiny Gyarados in Violet. Also got 3 shiny Regieleki, 1 shiny Regidrago, and spouse got a shiny Regigigas. Just a super good day!!

I've developed a new shielding method that I'm going to call the "Poison Dart Frog method", and it's incredible. Basically sits just over my skin under my main shielding and if you break that shield, I tailored the second shielding to react with just as much force as the attacker hit me with.

Probably not SUPER healthy to do but one of the oils I work with a lot in my practice is peppermint oil, and I love the nights where I've dressed my candles with it and washed it off, and now every so often my hands get this cooling sensation that rolls across them from the leftover oil.

Finally broke down and asked for a bariatric referral from my doctor so that I can see if a GLP-1 would help me. It feels like such a stupid thing to do, but with my eating disorder paired with my chronic fatigue and fibro, there's no fucking way I'm losing weight with diet and exercise.

I've concocted a nearly foolproof plan to keep two of my enemies at bay perpetually. So long as they don't put too much effort into busting through my sigils, I can keep them out of my life for as long as I have the energy to make more sigils. Now I can only hope that they give up eventually.

Took the last week to focus on my health and play Stardew Valley with a fuckton of mods. I walked more days than I didn't, so I'm labeling it a success. Have more blood work to do tomorrow to confirm the triglycerides levels. Ugh. My anxiety has been so high, so I've set aside politics too.

A routine doctor's appointment went incredibly bad, and we had just been talking about how fortunate I was that my health hadn't nosedived in a while. My triglycerides are 558 mg/dL and apparently it's a miracle I haven't had a heart attack or stroke. At my mid-30s. What the fuck?

Man I'm so fucking tired of battling cancer, and my tumor markers are exactly the same as what they were 6 months ago... Which is exactly what happened when I needed radioactive iodine, bc quickly thereafter the numbers shot up. Having an intermediate aggressive cancer is so exhausting.

I find out if I go into remission next week, and I'm not entirely convinced something stupid isn't gonna happen. I've already had this postponed once because my tumor markers were "not quite" where they needed to be, and after nonstop fighting since 2021... I'm TIRED lol.
