Folks, reminder: If you use AI-generated images to sell your product or promote anything, the chance of me clicking "do not recommend again" is 200%. I'm fairly certain this also applies to a fair majority of others too.

And my Windows XP laptop got to do some work too. It's the only computer I own these days with a DVD drive, so I used it to dump all of my games that I own onto the HDD. Only 2 games failed the dump process, those being Need for Speed Underground 2 and Need for Speed Carbon Collector's Edition […]

I recently did what I have always wanted to do when I was like 12-13 and very actively using my PS2 as my main way of gaming. Installed a HDD with FreeMcBoot to load any game I want without using the disc drive. Especially handy when some of the games I own have physical cracks on the discs and […]

It's always funny and kinda humbling seeing comments on social media saying "wow osu is x years older than me" or "wow i'm older than osu by x years" because it reminds me that...yeah I'm pushing 30. I started this game when I was 15, I'm 27 now and somehow I'm still here. #osugame

Man...I'll be honest. Replaying the mainline Neptunia games before the newest mainline game gets announced for a western release...really reminds me why I actually loved those games so much.

After 13 years of ownership, the disc drive in my trusty PS3 slim has finally bit the dust. Looked into options for getting a replacement Blu-ray drive for it, and they're more expensive than a working full console so...I'll probably end up doing that instead. You win this round, Sony. But not […]

My brother recently complained to me that because he had to cancel his PlayStation Plus subscription, he doesn't have any games to play on his PS5 anymore. I then asked him "so do you understand why I collect physical games instead?" Complete silence. 😂

So...PlayStation will no longer have physical games for new releases starting January 2028, and the PS3/PS Vita stores are closing in July 2027. Thoughts? Personally - this just effectively means that I won't want to buy a PS5 at all. It's been on my "buy one eventually but not now" list, but […]

The reason this is a big deal is that HoYoverse games are notoriously hard to run on Linux due to their proprietary anti-cheat. This can be worked around with different launchers that you can just find with your favorite search engine though. Gacha games of similar caliber from other publishers […]
