Finished painting this tiny forest prince! Thanks to @foozzzball.bsky.social for help and advice, and to @adsomenk.bsky.social for introducing me and my wallet to @crookeddice.bsky.social.

A miniature clearly based on Timothy Dalton as Prince Barin from the 1980 Flash Gordon film, dressed entirely in green and pointing some sort of futuristic crossbow. He's mounted on a base cut from a branch, and displayed on a tree in woods.

I snagged this YCH from @kingwolfink.bsky.social at @aberacon.wales, and it was ready just as I did my first scuba dive in Corfu!

Huskyteer, wearing a dive mask, swims among seaweed and coral. There's sunlight from the water's surface, her fur is wafted by the water and she looks thrilled.

Saw and enjoyed 'Under the Silver Lake' at the Cinema Museum last night. Full of film references (I'm convinced there was a brief Bond one, but maybe, like the protagonist, I'm reading too much into pop culture). 'What's the Frequency, Kenneth?' on the soundtrack and subsequently in my head.
