All three helped me laugh and made me feel safe. They told me how it happened and made sure to tell EMS everything. They also handed me my phone so I knew I had it. I was obviously stunned. Mr Rogers is right: there are always helpers. I was fortunate in so many ways.

restored. First woman held my shoulder and told me she had my purse and wasn’t leaving until 911 got there. She also talked to my husband thru my watch because I had a mouth full of blood and swore my teeth were busted. Two other women were nurses. They also stayed.

Right after my ‘blue hair’ post I managed to faceplant onto the sidewalk due to a cement corner that stuck out too much. Landed literally on my face. Btw the watch fall alert really works and CFL has awesome EMS. Watch called my husband and brother and 911. Thankfully wonderful people…

Take pill to help stomach with anxiety and bile reflux. Then put timer on to take anxiety meds 1.5 hrs later so it will absorb into stomach since the other med goats my stomach so it won’t absorb things. Finally have more anxiety due to all the things.
