btw, marinating chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil and a bit of garlic powder for like half an hour before dipping it into flour-egg-panko makes it x10000 more juicy and delicious. and also air frying stuff is just so much fucking better in general

rice cooker has nothing to do with making air fried breaded bananas, but it has everything to do with two sacks of panko crumbs that we bought xD it is also the reason im pickling ginger again.. and onions... and experimenting with tempura in the air fryer.. and sauces.. and eating veggies again...

i can't believe that the cheapest rice cooker motivated me to finally start cooking and eating something besides instant noodles again (depresso and exhaustion been hitting hard lately, yeah) made an amazing chiken katsu bowl for dinner yesterday and today for a snack some air fried breaded bananas

the only good thing that happened in the last ~week is that hubby's parents got us a very basic rice cooker bc our stove doesnt work so for the first time in a while i felt joy cooking again. despite how hard we have to budget rn (i'd kill for an air-fried salmon bowl.. but the salmon prices..ough)

I’d kill for a stable job of any kind that would fit my disabilities (same for hubby) but I’m stuck freelancing cause our residency type doesn’t give work permit 🤪 can do short term contracts but jobhunting as a concept artist/char designer/2d generalist in this day and age is near impossible

yeah that friend of mine also strongly recommended me to take iron + i always had deficit of it despite being in that "range". always very tired, dizzy, anemic.. its a bit of a hormonal issue too, but that's a very complex topic for a person who needs hrt lol

apparently all the stress and overworking over the past years have caused me not only countless grey hairs since my early 20s but now also extreme hair loss that requires a very long and constant treatment. aside from many other health issues. man, my income is not even worth it nor covers it, wth🥲
