The reason that the Harry Potter apologists won't just read better books is because they're not looking for good stories...if they were, they wouldn't have glommed on to Harry Potter. They're looking for the camaraderie and social phenomenon that Harry Potter was in the 2000s.

I just received a package and was delighted to find the pre-order of @tkingfisher.com ‘s new book that I decided to surprise myself with several months back. Excited to see her panels next week at Dragon Con.

ALL arguments against trans healthcare are based solely on religious bigotry. Period. Numerous studies determined transitioning is beneficial for kids too, puberty blockers are safe, etc. Cis allies, we NEED you to be LOUD about this. Healthcare is a basic right for EVERYONE.
