this is a view of the inside of my head

in honor of monarch season, here is a beautiful monarch coming out as her true self of course she was awkward at first, and struggled a bit, and had to let her wings dry but i think this is normal when you figure out who you are

my therapist had me write this down to help me remember because being trapped is kind of a big trigger thing for me in situations, in relationships, in jobs, in houses, etc but whenever i read it think of how many people aren't supported, which i think isn't part of self care

the only parts of cities i like are the quiet (and often forgotten) hidden spots where you can hang out and just observe everything else has too many people

my favorite brooklyn photo

last night we stayed in a parking lot with this view I didn’t tell anyone I knew that I was there, neither of us had ever been there so we wanted to have it to ourselves We went out to eat and brought our dessert back and sat and stared at that while eating out of take out boxes

we drove to the ice cream shop here that understands celiac, and it was cool and breezy and crickets were everywhere, and my gummies kicked in on the way i took this on the way home while balancing ice cream on my lap I could have gotten a better one but I kept eating ice cream instead

some people in RVs have little decorative things they set outside when they park up i found the one i want but i don't think normal people can buy stuff like this without robbing banks first

we found this british cafe and husb got a full english breakfast today, while i had a less impressive but nonetheless delicious gf breakfast sandwich this was our destination on that bike ride

If you look very closely you will see this rabbit is smoking grass

i bought my inner child a pen in Niagara Falls last time I went, and I still love it so much its so cheesy and sparkly and perfect and it even writes (I thought no way will this be a good pen, but look at that, its not bad)

a ballpoint pen that is covered in sparkly rhinestones in rainbow colors. It has two dangly charms off the top - one says Niagara Falls in script, and the other is a red maple leaf. It is lying on our beat up table.

you think bears have 7.99 for ice cream why are you trying to get them into grocery stores, seems like a trap to me

wrapped the day up at the dog park watching a puppy play with a bigger dog they were getting along fine and it was really relaxing to watch. Milo even came and flopped next to me for a bit.

Milo, a black and white dog, sits by me at a dog park. We look out on an expanse of grass ring by trees, to where two dogs are playing and their two owners are nearby.
