It’s a simple unit for testing 4116, 4132, 4164, and 41256 DRAM chips — which is perfect for most Apple II computers and others like C64, Atari, TI, etc. (Now I just need to find my box of suspect chips so I can test them!) 160

I decided to change out the manual Audio Technica for a fully auto linear Sony turntable, and I’m also adding back a cassette deck. The 5+1 CD recorder and amplifier get to stay. I like how everything pretty much matches now. 160

I figured out that if you use a couple of butter knives to spread the plastic fingers apart from the inside, then push the thing inside the computer, it comes out without any external damage! 030

I had to add an 80 column card from my parts bin, and replace the nearly-exploded RIFA cap in the power supply, but otherwise it just works! 270
