This is foul. A reader reached out and told me the first google result when you search "kamloops unmarked graves discovery" is residential school denial. I did the search myself, and I found the same thing. The first non-sponsored result is the Fraser Institute's residential school denial.

Google search result for "kamloops unmarked graves discovery" has, as its first non-sponsored post, a publication from the Fraser Institute.

It reads: "No evidence of 'mass graves' or 'genocide' in residential ..."

Another screenshot shows the only result before the Fraser Institute result is a sponsored post from Angus Reid, affirming that the Fraser Institute result is the first non-sponsored one.

All you can see on this first screenshot is the AI overview (barf) and the sponsored result from Angus Reid. However, as the other screenshots show, that Angus Reid result is followed by the first non-sponsored result: residential school denial from the Fraser Institute.

They disinvented the VCR. You might think that the reason we don't have VCRs anymore is because VCRs were supplanted by DVDs, PVRs and streaming, but that's not the case. They had it in for the VCR from the very start, and they never stopped trying to kill it. Eventually, they succeeded. 1/
