Our state roads are notoriously dangerous and need to be redesigned. Here in Hudson County, Route 1/9/Tonnelle Ave, Route 440, and Route 139U, the infamous highway on top of a capped highway. All mixed with distracted driving: Over a third of drivers self-admit engaging in dangerous smartphone use.
