Good news! As I walked into the vet this morning, I was told that the claim was pre-approved! So I will only have to pay if it goes over our remaining allowance for the year, which is around £1,200.
Bro had a couple of tooth extractions go wrong earlier this year and used up a lot of our budget ^^;
