Working on an amulet. Turns out gemstones are hard! Half the effect is painting the light coming in from the back I think. Then I dusted parts of the gem with imperfections to make it look more solid. Throw in some extra color effects, and voila! A cut gem.

A veteran of the adventurer's guild lent their tag-along one of their protective spaulders. Surely, there's nothing suspicious with that statue, right? Super detailed piece to push my effort and take lessons from! I've got several things to make concept art for now, (including the torches)! #art

An anthro lizard dragon creature and coyote are poking around at the entrance of a dungeon buried under the rubble of a ruined temple-city, deep in a desert valley. The two characters are equipped with magical shielding pauldrons, and adventuring guild sigils. Torches line the walls of the dungeon ahead, and a giant statue holds a spear forward, as if animated. The coyote cowers behind a pillar, but the dragon saunters ahead determined to prove there's nothing to fear.

Found ancient incomprehensible knowledge in the back of a sunken temple last weekend. Pitched it to a dumpster for a 3-pointer the next day. Turned out to be gibberish. 2/10 Wasn't worth the 13 dwarves fed to the shoggoth. The bastard didn't even thank me for its meal.

I'll also add to this, from my own perspective on time I (me, flawed present self) will make something, and if I "hate" it, it's because I (me, imagined ideal self) didn't make it, because that ideal self would do better on the flaws I see. But that's okay! I (me, future) loves my present art.
