It’s Bandcamp Friday, the day when all revenue goes directly to the artists! I'm an electronic dance music producer. Mostly love and make Trance, but I like to experiment within the genre. I don't have much to offer there yet, but go check it out, maybe it's up your alley. howlinnwolf.bandcamp.com

How it feels when your YouTube feed is filled with videos over an hour long each. C'mon, I just want a handful of peanuts to have a quick snack, not a tube that feeds me slop non-stop. I have other things i wanna do too, you know?

Finally watched Avatar Aang animated feature film. Animation was great! Story was good, too. Didn't expect our boy Aang to receive such a well-made feature film about himself ever! Go watch it if you're a fan and didn't see it yet. I hope it does well and we'll see more Avatar stuff made this well.

Alright, first you announce amazing looking Avatar Aang animated feature film. And now we have a date for a brand new Avatar cartoon? TWELWE years after the last one??? I'm in heaven! 😍 www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rvks...

Does it feel to anyone else that YouTube is getting slower and more broken each day? I have a feeling it's being "vibecoded" instead of actually worked on by actual coders...

New track is fully finished. Both Original and Extended mixes. They're now in review and might stay there up to a month or so, so...

Surprised I spent last two evenings playing Deltarune Chapter 5... and I'm still not done. Big, chunky boy that chapter. Oof. Hopefully, today will be the day I finish it. I already have a track I reeeeally want to check🐾, but I know track titles are spoiler hazard.🥲

HowlinnWolf🐺🇺🇦 @howlinnwolf.bsky.social · 01/07/2026

I think I've finished a track. Finally in what... 6 years??? 😧 What made me actually finish it was a realization than not every track HAS to be 5+ minutes. There are good tracks that are UNDER 3 minutes and it's totally fine! I just want to make a fuller version of that and single is release ready.

Sorry, not sorry. Not actual leak. I got suspicious this melody fits some song I know, and I was right. Was too funny not to post. Happy Deltarune Chapter 5 day, everyone. ❤️

HowlinnWolf🐺🇺🇦 @howlinnwolf.bsky.social · 24/06/2026

Deltarune Chapter 5 is about to get released. And I'm this 🤏 close to finishing another game I'm playing right now, so... I'm gonna skip on Chapter 5 for a couple days. Which means NO SOCIAL MEDIA this whole time to avoid ANY spoilers. 🥲

Just realized I opened BlueSky BEFORE watching the finale of Digital Circus. Nope. Closing my eyes, closing the tab, will be back in an hour. 🍿🍿🍿

Wait. They announced finale of Final Fantasy VII Remakes??? What a time I chose to finally play first two. Hopefully, I'm about to finish Rebirth sometime in the next week. Been playing it for over a month, 110+ ingame hours. It feels like this game is forever long. 😅

HowlinnWolf🐺🇺🇦 @howlinnwolf.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

Funny. And I thought my creativity wilted. Turns out, with only the smallest gestalts closed, I have enough free time to actually make stuff I wanted for so long! Maybe in the end I'll finish even more artistic projects than I originally planned to? 🤞

000

HowlinnWolf🐺🇺🇦 @howlinnwolf.bsky.social · 04/06/2026

Since I no longer need to consume music - and I'm shocked too - I've already made some progress on a new mix. 🤯 What started as "Let's see if I still remember how to use this program" led to me having a full playlist ready to be mixed.

100

HowlinnWolf🐺🇺🇦 @howlinnwolf.bsky.social · 02/06/2026

Finally! All my main playlists are full and up-to-date! Including the local copy. Phew. 😮‍💨 Now time to go back in time and fill older ones. This one will be faster and easier to do. And then, it will be time to produce again. I even re-frankensteined the intro for upcoming mixes. 😌

I feel it in the air. The smell of "I've finally caught up with life". I had so much stuff on the back burner. For so long. And I'm finally closing some old stories ready to turn the pages. Wow. This feeling is incredibly freeing. To be able to make plans instead of remembering the old ones.

Russian drone operators have published footage of their yesterday’s FPV drone strikes on a UN humanitarian convoy in Kherson. Will this help the UN determine which “unknown side” attempted to kill its own personnel? Of course not.

I see Artemis II in the trending TWICE. I wonder if it's because some people write Roman 2 as two uppercase "i"s (the correct way) and some as lowercase "L"? 😅

Actually, those playlists give me an idea. 🤔 I might resurrect my WolfPack mixes I used to make. I might make a bunch of mixes out of each playlist. Might even separate them thematically. Wile still not music production, it's good mixing and mastering practice. www.mixcloud.com/HowlinnWolf/

You know what's the worst part of finally listening to your favorite thing again? I have 4 ideas, I could've made if I was more experienced in music production. But since I'm not, they're about to vanish from my memory in the next hour, like the first 2 already did.

Here I am, talking about music playlists... But, hey, those playlists are public. Mostly for me, so I can find it even outside of my account, but hey, I can share them with you, if you're interested in Trance and Progressive. I make those yearly and is kinda year late because reasons, but still.

Just finished my latest playlist and wow... it's a new all-time record. 220 tracks, 20 hours, and I could not find ~10 tracks on Spotify, they are free releases on Soundcloud, so in fact it's even more than that. 😧

Funny. Here I am, looking for ways to get dopamine again. Good movies are endangered species nowadays. Same goes for cartoons. Games feel like chores and sadden you even more with their tech state... And suddenly, today, I did something I used to do a lot before. And it helped.

HowlinnWolf🐺🇺🇦 @howlinnwolf.bsky.social · 29/11/2025

Just noticed I took my fight with doomscrolling a bit too far, but I'm fine with it. I now spend way less time online in the evenening, playing games before bed instead. This leaves YT videos for the next day, when I have to watch something during breakfast anyway. It's actually really neat!

Aaaand Dispatch is over. 🥲 Feels like I just started it last week... But no. It was 4 weeks ago... Almost a month ago. I already miss those characters and that world. Damn, what an amazingly written little something it was. Bravo, ADHOC! Bravo, Igloo Studio! 👏

000

HowlinnWolf🐺🇺🇦 @howlinnwolf.bsky.social · 10/11/2025

I hate how all I can think of the last week is Dispatch. Like, I'm excited and yet scared of the last two episodes that come out in just two days... I want more of this, but it's about to finish. Really soon. 🥲

I saw Mass Effect trending, realized it's #N7Day, wanted to share some logos for ALOT and ALOV I had to tinker for thumbnails. But my transparent PNGs became non-transparent... Bluesky doesn't support transparent images or do I need to use some other format for that? WebP, maybe?

HowlinnWolf🐺🇺🇦 @howlinnwolf.bsky.social · 06/11/2025

You know what BlueSky still needs? Beside the video player, that doesn't desync when you skip ahead or back? Option to edit your post in like first 5-10 minutes after it's posted, because I'm prone to typos and have to Copy > Delete > Paste > Fix > Repost a lot... 🫠
