Omen II will always hold a special place in my heart as part of Heavy Rotation Horror on Big 80s HBO. The Final Conflict received similar treatment, but somehow seemed to have less impact. Possibly because I was 11 or 12 by the time I saw Damien and identified somewhat with this angsty bastard.

Wondering if this is meant to be the same 'actor' standing in for both Rosey Grier and Ken Foree. That would've been a helluva career in the 70s alone.
AI Thumbnail on YouTube for The Thing with Two Heads (1972), wildly misrepresentative of the actually movie. Which to be fair, is exactly the sort of thing promotional posters and boxart have done throughout the ages. You can fault them for using AI, but not for hyping something above and beyond its bona fides.AI Thumbnail on YouTube for Dawn of the Dead, a movie I've seen an unhealthy number of times, yet appears unrecognizable to me here.

As AI thumbnails go, this one's better than most. Unless it was intended to accurately represent the film, of course. That firearm in the foreground appears particularly interesting. Looks like they muddled up a twelve gauge and a handgun of some sort. It's a mystery, as is the cast.

It always pains me to see someone onscreen open a refrigerator that's obviously just a prop. I can't say with absolute certainty that this refrigerator was running, but the filmmakers clearly wanted us to believe so.
Interior of a 1980s side by side refrigerator, that appears to be a fully functional appliance, stocked with Kentucky Fried Chicken, Dunkin Donuts, Dr. Pepper, Ramlösa Sparkling Mineral Water, and Coors The Banquet Beer.

I know folks are upset about executions being broadcast on live television. We all knew that was coming because we're living in a dystopia that's playing all the hits. Be that as it may, Lord willing, one day the current regime will find themselves lined up against a wall with the cameras rolling.

Curious to know exactly which car Tom Steele was driving in Bullitt. Steve McQueen drove the Mustang as much as he was allowed, with Bud Ekins handling the really serious stuff. Bill Hickman, arguably the best stunt driver in the business, famously drove the Charger.

Senior year of high school (Class of '90), I had a limited edition hand numbered Jonestown t-shirt. Ordered it from a catalog advertised in Fangoria. Bone basic black screen printing on a cheap white tee. I guess they only made 900 and some odd. Hey, I was 17. Least I didn't shoot up the joint.
Yours truly, circa 1990. My room from around 1989-1990, walls and ceiling covered in horror movie posters, heavy metal band posters, Fangoria Scream Greats, etc. The room was mine, I believe the beer belonged to the photographer.

A big farmer here had a Starsky & Hutch Torino back in the 70s and 80s. His son drove it in high school, then the younger sister, then the baby, who was a girl my age. They all had vanity plates like HI GEAR, LO GEAR, etc. The baby ended up wrecking the car, not sure what became of it after that.
