data centers can be cooled without consuming lots of fresh water, it's just that using that water costs less than building out closed-loop cooling systems. Also it can be done without forcing utility ratepayers to pay for the power but we all understand this is just them putting profits first

Oh nothing, my PCP just started crying in our appointment because so few of her patients can actually afford the care and meds they need and she has to watch them erode in front of her. Healthcare access is good for patients *and* maintaining the sanity and longevity of the healthcare workforce.
