Everyone who has concerns should just look at how well #ICE detention of adults is going. (I'd say "immigrant adults" but w/ #DHS's ugly track record of also imprisoning US citizens, "adults" & "teens" are more accurate terms.) Any abuse/inhumane treatment going on in that system?

To any GOP friend who may be wondering does the Constitution require the President to equally defend ALL Americans? Answer: Yes, and not only citizens. "All persons" in the US have rights. Next ask: Does Trump acknowledge his duty to support the Constitution? You know the answer. Vote accordingly!

FWIW, reminding voters he never campaigned to be a president for all Americans. He sowed division in 2024 by warning (or threatening) there'd be civil violence if he wasn't reelected. His biggest disqualification for ANY leadership position: He has never and will never disavow political violence.

Good. Glad Amazon's being penalized for this despicable practice. Already so many reasons not to buy from Amazon that I almost never do, even when the item I want isn't readily available elsewhere. Instead, I buy something similar elsewhere or even thrift it! Local barter/free groups are great too!

Whenever I see Mitch since his return to the Senate, I think of the Flannery O'Connor story "A Late Encounter With the Enemy." You can look it up in Wikipedia, but read the story to see if you think Mitch's *staff* (AKA "handlers") are just like the "General's" young handler at the end of the story.
