My mom broke her foot and is now in a boot. A couple of weeks after that, my sister broke her foot and is in a boot. And last night, my gf broke her toe and is now in a boot! They all took boot season to another level this year.

Ookie was such a frequent flyer at the vet thanks to her surgeries over the last few years that now when she walks in, it’s like Cheers. Everyone comes out to say hello to her and I’m very grateful this healthy little alien brings so much joy to the folks she encounters in the world.
