Microsoft already effectively forced me to partially dox myself by forcing me to use a physical, bound to a contract, phone to verify my account because I committed the grevious TOS violation of "Not having a Phone number attached to my account" a few years ago (Video attached)

I'm just fed up with the fact that Microsoft literally blocks my connection to the game solely because of the VPN server I'm connected to, and sometimes it'll let me connect but refuse to let us start a game, a gam not being hosted by Microsoft's servers, nor through their relays, mind you

So after some further investigation, my PSU is definitely dead, and it took at least some other stuff with it, and without replacing it piece by piece to determine what all has failed there's no telling just how much damage was done, so I'm marking it a total loss.

I started a claim with my insurance and gathered a couple quotes for new PC builds, but even an equivalent build exceeds $4000.

I don't know how much my insurance will be willing to pay out as of yet, but I DO know I'm going to need to pay at least $500 for my deductible.

At the moment I am unemployed, almost out of unemployment benefits and can barely afford rent as it is.

I hate asking for help, but I really don't have a choice right now.
