I miss when ESPN College GameDay didn’t suck. I used to say that about SportCenter, post-Kenny Mayne, Keith and Dan, Stuart Scott, but I would always tune in for Baseball Tonight and College Gameday. Now, I only use ESPN for live sports when I can’t get them from some other channel.

On this, my 30th time through preschool training videos, I have learned and internalized the meaning of the word “somatic” … used in this training to refer to stomach pains or nausea. They also recommend something I’d never heard of (a hoberman sphere) far too much, IMHO.
