Quite the learning curve today. A little tweaking with the engine to get her started up, fricking around to put the filter housing unit back on unsuccessfully & after 6 freaking tries, I removed the housing unit from the engine block. Changed the oil, ran the engine, topped it up & boom - success!!

Affordability could be solved with a stroke of the pen. After your first dwelling any rental income from a secondary dwelling is taxed at a high rate. Anything beyond 3 dwellings much higher and so on. This knocks absentee landlords, investors and venture capitalists out of the housing market.

He’ll be lucky if his peers support. The old agreement workers wouldn’t sue employers in trade for no fault injury insurance no longer works in Canada. WCB’s are not operating in the spirit of the agreement as intended. We don’t even see the WCB premium on our paystubs as non-tax benefit.

Here they go up in the mountains sometimes live there and dump garbage in the bush. We have a Non Profit "Okanagan Task Force" who go up and try to clean up all the messes. Lots of drug paraphnelia which is scary if a dog gets into it.
