Btw.. Homura doesn't hate the world on itself, she explicitly keeps repeating she hates the "EVIL" of the world. The curses, the tragedies. Therefore she lost her respect and interest for humanity. And I'm fully with her on that. Same happened to me... We know how irredeemable the world is...

Finally watched WNR. <SPOILER> My feelings are STILL mixed, especially about the ending. But FUCK, I BAWLED near the end. Seeing heartbroken Homu giving up protecting Madoka and letting her go toward the fate she chose and blaming herself for all that happened.. That moment gave me all the feels..

Executive dysfunction, especially difficultly making decisions & getting or staying motivated, is common w/ CPTSD survivors. It has nothing to do w/ "willpower"-- it has everything to do w/ the fact that our nervous system is highly vulnerable to hijacking & dissociation.

The thing about Madoka to me is.. she is so "over-loving" to the point she's not even 'human' but a literal saint and I find it really hard to relate to her or to read all her thoughts (especially regarding her sacrifice), even in spite of her 'relatable' struggles
