Attempts to make ceramic lidded jars, fresh off the wheel. There are two small cylinders each with a lid on top, which kind of slope in and come up as a knob in the middle. The lids are on top of the jars

A single, fully enclosed ceramic form thrown on the wheel. It’s a cylinder with an indent about 2/3rds of the way up, and above the indent is a domed lid with a flat knob in the middle. Eventually, you cut at the indent and allegedly end up with a separate cylinder and lid that fits because it was thrown as one piece

sometimes my brain simply can’t process how to account for the top and bottom of something being off-center from each other and my foot ends up just wildly drunk, like this is some kinda Magic Eye bowl where you gotta unfocus your eyes to even perceive it, lol #pottery

too hot to really dig in yet but I am cautiously optimistic that, at the very least, trying the Camille Hoffman schedule has NOT resulted in abject disaster! Looks like the top shelf got to a semi-hot cone 5, extremely curious what’s going on in the rest of it!
