Sorry #GBBO what's this about "An American 'cookie' is hard on the outside & chewy on the inside" thing? Other than oatmeal raisin & a couple of company marketing strategies, our cookies are not "chewy" unless they're half-baked or still warm. That's a mac-n-cheese-requires-breadcrumbs mentality.
