Great choices! I clearly need to brush up on my dinosaur knowledge. I'd go for a classic Pterodactyl #OTChat

Have you discovered starter packs? Great way to get started finding people from the topics you're interested in. Just search a topic you're interested in and put starter pack in.

It's arrived! Looking forward to reading my old work colleague @jpandyawood.bsky.social new book. Available in your usual book places. Met Jason 20 years ago, right at the start of my career. Such a kind hearted, compassionate man who deeply cares about the most vulnerable people in society.

When I sat here discovering BlueSky yesterday; smiling as I saw familiar faces that I’d not seen online for a while, seeing the sharing of ideas and encouragement without the constant noise of adverts, disinformation and hate, it reminded me of why I used to enjoy social networks so much.

I don’t know who made this graphic but it’s pretty good.

Hi Stevie! Missed you. Really pleased to see you on here. Blue sky feels like a massive reunion.

I've given you a follow as a fellow bluebird. I found a few by finding a cardiff city feed. Go to search, type cardiff city, feed then press the add sign to follow it. You'll then see it as a column on your home page

My pleasure. Starter packs make it so much easier to get going on here. There’s lots of them. Just search for whatever subject you’re interested in e.g. art starter pack, click on it and follow all

Welcome. I’m a newbie here too. I’ve found it very welcoming. @otsusangriffiths.bsky.social has helpfully set up an occupational therapy starter pack where you can find lots of OTs to follow and interact with

Lovely description of your grandmothers. Reminds me of people libraries where you go to learn from a diverse group of people, their stories and their wisdom.

Thank you for setting this up. Really helped me find the OTs I used to interact with on Twitter. Please add me to your list of OTs.

Thank you @keirwales.bsky.social for suggesting that I come over and join bluesky. Seems a lot of the people I used to enjoy interacting with on twitter are over here now. Nice to see you all again. Missed you and its so good to see the networking and sharing hasn't disappeared.
