We had a really excellent meal at Magarit in Barcelona, a recommendation from one of @andycouch.com's Spanish co-workers. Food in Barcelona is so good, and so reasonably-priced. Help, don't make me go back to America.

No, it's been very on and off. In Barcelona we were just out in it, regardless, and getting wet when there was a downpour. In Santa Susanna it's been a bit less interesting as the main activities are pool/beach, and it hasn't really been pool/beach weather, but we're also here for a work thing 🤷🏼‍♀️

Listen we are a plague, we are everywhere, and we stick out like a sore thumb. There were plenty in Barcelona. But this place is comprised almost entirely of Germans in their 60s and 70s playing bocce ball, attending the local Oktoberfest, and watching this band perform for HOURS.

I am so thrilled with these parrots. There are seven species, all introduced here by humans, so not great, but I can't help it. For some reason only the monk parakeets come to the guys feeding them in the park. The others just seem to do their own thing.
