I haven’t posted mine yet because several things were going on but check out this very good creature by Tardor!

Several disembodied gloves operate a hand pump that is attached to the valve of an inflatable jackodile. Said monster toy has its paws up and appears to be making noises.

Does it rawr or does it squeak?

the courtroom scene from 'the drumhead' is what everyone talks about, but the concluding epilogue really feels like it’s reaching out across time from 1991

2 screens from Star Trek: The Next Generation's 'The Drumhead' (S4E21). Worf and Picard are standing in the observation lounge, the captain is staring out the windows contemplatively.
Worf: It is over. Admiral Henry has called an end to any more hearings on this matter. Admiral Satie has left the Enterprise.
Picard: We think we've come so far. The torture of heretics, the burning of witches, it's all ancient history. Then, before you can blink an eye, it suddenly threatens to start all over again.

2 screens from TNG 'The Drumhead'
Worf: I believed her. I helped her. I did not see what she was.
Picard: Mr. Worf, villains who twirl their mustaches are easy to spot. Those who clothe themselves in good deeds are well camouflaged.

3 screens from TNG 'The Drumhead'
Worf: I think after yesterday, people will not be as ready to trust her.
Picard: Maybe. But she, or someone like her, will always be with us, waiting for the right climate in which to flourish, spreading fear in the name of righteousness.
Picard: Vigilance, Mr. Worf, that is the price we have to continually pay.

Y'know... maybe... you should consider leaving Giant Ominous Floating Rings alone. I'm sure Hiro will figure this lesson out. Eventually. (Or never~) I'm sure he'll enjoy being a shiny squeaky Zoroark, look he's already smiling! Art by the excellent @raveneleven.bsky.social #tf #pooltoy

Don't you hate it when you find and wear a suit based on a scrapped mon design, only to find that it transforms you into an inflatable(?) female version of that mon? (...Yeah, I don't mind it either. But it's still a shock at first!) Art by the exellent @helixdoes.art!

Feeling... rough. Lately.

Panel 1:
"I make art for a living."
Drawing character art on a tablet

Panel 2:
"It feels... Questionable right now."
Drawing interrupted by a news alert

Panel 3:
"So much horror and pain all around us... And it feels like it's getting worse every day."
Cait staring at her tablet while news alerts ping loudly

Panel 1:
"What the hell am I doing."
Cait takes off her glasses and rubs her eyes, the news alerts are louder and more frightening

Panel 2:
"I'm drawing pretty pictures while the world is on fire. While families are torn apart. While war and genocide become daily news. While my country is held hostage by bigots who want me and the people I love to die."
Cait holds her head in her hands, overwhelmed by pinging alerts

Panel 1:
"But I can't think that way. ...not every day, at least..."
Cait balls her fists, grimacing with tears on her face

Panel 2:
"I love what I do. And I work in entertainment - providing beauty and escapism for my audience."
She puts her glasses back on and picks up her tablet pen, sniffling

Panel 1:
"We need art in turbulent times. People need escape from the horrors. And if I can provide that - then I'm being helpful."
Cait starts drawing, but the pinging alerts are on the rise again.

Panel 2:
"I'm being helpful. I'm being helpful... I'm being helpful... I'm helpful... Helpful..."
She draws, trembling, as the alerts swell around her.
