Finally sharing my submission for the "Gauntlet of Gods" render challenge, inspired by my FFXIV character. Was quite a lot of work, especially learning Marvelous Designer from scratch in one week was a pain but overall I'm very proud. This render might be in my Top 3 of all challenges so far!

now is when we need real art made by people more than ever good art, bad art, amateur art, professional art, all of it. and every time I see someone new to art picking up a pen and drawing a crappy stick figure, I cheer

In this period of time filled with AI stupidity, let's celebrate those we are not celebrating enough: Art supporters, Art commissioners THANK YOU! Thanks to YOU, many artists can do what they do the best and keep being productive but most importantly Artists can LIVE!

YOU DON'T "CONSUME" ART MOTHERFUCKER. YOU EXPERIENCE IT. YOU FEEL IT. YOU ENGAGE WITH IT. YOU WRESTLE WITH IT. YOU LIVE IT. ART ISN'T A LITTLE MORSEL YOU GOBBLE UP.

If I saw this poorly printed on an A4 paper taped to the wall, it would be more appealing than any genAI slop food menu. Small business owners, return to WordArt.

WordArt over a picture of a pretty normal looking hotdog.

But also I guess a $1.50 hotdog doesn't sound like a bad price either...

Crazy thing to be able to give the source of your picture right? Lol.

My Lizard needed a portrait #ffxivart #blender

Oyugun Mol, a blue-skinned Au Ra with short horns, stands in a blue tunic with brass shoulder-pads. She's turning her upper body to look at the camera with a grin. Both hands hold daggers backwards, one somewhat up toward the camera and the other relaxed behind her body. A wide white ribbon flows around her. At the bottom of the image in the white frame surrounding the image it says "KAJ.BLUE" in light-gray text.

It'll soon be two months since the game's release! The player reception has been and continues to be amazing! 🥰 Sadly, I've struggled to get any coverage for the game. 😔 If you are a writer or streamer who might be interested in indie games that flew under the radar, please feel free to reach out!

Have a safe and happy Pride, friends! And, as ever:

a meme declaring "In this house we stand for the flag and kneel for the cross" with the flag being the Trans flag and the Cross being the Animal Crossing Switch.

queer media I am begging you to stop shying away from letting trans men..... actually look masculine,. too many of yall out there act like traditional masculinity is antithetical to queerness (while ironically having no issue with traditional femininity)
