Nah, it is their coverage and ethos that drove subscribers away. I ditched my Pittsburgh post gazette, nyt, and wapo subs due to their content and editorial choices. There is a huge number of people willing to pay for honest/quality/important journalism, those publishers just don't offer it anymore.
