i finished watching act 2 of #arcane today and wowwie, so glad i didnt get spoiled. that was fun! makes me wish it was more than just 9 episodes. its so fast-paced, but with a bit more build-up then all those hard-hitting scenes would feel even better. ah well, cant wait for act 3!

i started relearning art a week or so ago! used to draw in highschool, dropped it for more writing time, but now im thinking i can slot it in my schedule again 👀 might be a few weeks more before its anything i can be proud of though, haha! just a bunch of loomis heads atm :P digital feels so weird

thats great! always nice when you know youre making progress :) that feeling is very relatable though, theres some things you can only judge once its all there. i try going around it by breaking up chapters or arcs into having their own mini goals, but its still a bit different!

mine follows a "vampire" who chooses doing merc work over doing her time. there's monsters, but sometimes, it's the people around and above aspen that're scarier, especially when they decide whether or not she stays out of jail. she says she wants a normal life, but she also wants to feel special.

aspen laughs about as much as everyone does. there's the smiley, sweet giggle she forces out when her boss makes a joke or there's someone whose attention she wants. then there's the one with a snort when she does find something THAT funny. she doesn't like it when the latter comes out though :P
