Aspen is a prisoner. She knows why she’s there, and she knows how this goes. The sentence takes half her years, then it follows through what’s left of her sorry waste of a life. My science fantasy thriller, Rosegarden will release in Print and E-Book form this Q4 2025.

Aspen in a mansion, holding a rosemary plant behind her back.

"Oh, you know, there's this lovely spot called Rosegarden..." being a proxy lets aspen meet all sorts of people, and it seems like her line of work isn't all terrible. this is leith, a local celebrity, and here's the two of them having a drink! (credit in replies!) #oc #ocart #writingcommunity

i finished watching act 2 of #arcane today and wowwie, so glad i didnt get spoiled. that was fun! makes me wish it was more than just 9 episodes. its so fast-paced, but with a bit more build-up then all those hard-hitting scenes would feel even better. ah well, cant wait for act 3!

“What did you just say? Monsters?” “Monsters, mimics. Same thing, really." introducing mimics, the monsters of aspen's world! they take the traits of anything they eat, and they can't help but eat everything they're not already. this one's saying hi! :) #creaturedesign #oc #writingcommunity #art

just finished a short story for college! well, first submission anyways :P was just wondering, what's a good place to post short fics for free? iirc we'll have a chance to edit it after, so was thinking i'll show it off after that's done! until then, here's a teaser :) #writingq #writingcommunity

Writing snippet:
I ran into the comedian in a bar after one of his shows. I acted like I didn’t recognise him, and he thought I was more refreshing than the drink in his hand. We talked over tall glasses, and I ended up being the one making him laugh that night. He had such pretty, blue eyes, brighter than the lights on the stage to our side. Then, when the music started drowning out our voices, I dragged him out to dance with me.

He told me it was the best evening he had in ages. I told him I could make it even better. The comedian said yes to taking the cab home with me, then I took him to my bedroom, and that was when I took his skin.
