This is the Groove-billed Ani (Crotophaga sulcirostris), and it's just straight up a dinosaur. Like, I know *all* birds are technically avian dinosaurs, but my first thought looking at this guy is: dinosaur. (📷: Suzie McCann, eBird)

A coal-black bird with a bill that covers the whole front of the face. A long grackle-like boat tail, muscular legs and an alert black eye. The bird sits on red sand next to water, as if a mud puddle or stream.

Buncha tradi sketches of Noor (and associates-), both first attempts as well as some young adult Noor. Origin of the coat tm. (Noor took it from his master, and eventually passes it on to his own disciple) OC: Noor Sandir (he/him), Azure Sword Saint (he/him, still doesn't have a proper name-)

blue ballpoint pen drawings on yellow-tinted paper, four heads of Noor, the upper two at his current age and the first attempts at his design, with more of his hair falling past his shoulders. In the top right he looks tired, in the top left angry.
In the bottom two his hair is a little shorter than shoulder-length, and while the top is still pulled back into a bun, he also has a chunk falling down the side of his face. He is wearing a coat instead of a cape, and does not have eyebags. In the bottom right he has a neutral expression, in the bottom left he is smiling and looking off to the side with raised eyebrows.

A blue ballpoint pen drawing on yellow-tinted paper. It's a fullbody sketch of Noor as a young adult. He has dark, wild, almost shoulder-length hair with the top pulled back into a bun, and some falling to one sie of his face. He is smiling. He is wearing a light robe with a wide cloth belt and a thinner on top, a small plaque hanging off of it. He is wearing dark harem pants and shoes. He's wearing a long coat with one sleeve falling past his hand, the other bunched up by a dark bracer on his forearm.

A blue ballpoint drawing on yellow tinted paper. It is a fullbody sketch of a design-attempt of Noors master. He has long, straight dark hair, the top pulled back and secured by an ornamental hair piece. Two strands fall on either side of his face. He is wearing a light shirt closed up at the front, going into a ankle length robe. His shoes are dark. He is wearing the same coat Noor was wearing in the previous picture, except it is tightened with a light belt. The loose sleeve is on the other side, and the bracer he is wearing is a light color.

Blue ballpoint pen drawings on yellow-tinted paper. In the top right is a doodle of a character with long dark hair, a headband around his forehead, and a spear on his back. Top left is an attempt at Noors master or fellow disciple, with long dark hair and strands falling past the face. The top is drawn back and secured by an ornamental hairpiece. There is a star-shaped marking on their forehead and they are smiling.
Bottom left is Noors master at an older age, with long dark hair and strands on either side of his face. It is straight and open. He has stubble on his chin and a marking on his forehead. He looks tired and thin, but is smiling. The bottom right is a small doodle of Noor and his master face to face, with his master at his young age and Noor at his current age.

A digital half-body illustration on a grey background of Anchor. They are looking down and to the side and saying "Could you shut THE FUCK up? please." Platypuses are swimming. Some of them have their eyes closed. (Platypuses close their eyes when they swim. In this drawing, their eyes are open for artistic reasons.) There are water droplets and electric symbols around them.
