I ordered some fruit slice candy from Amazon. I have a feeling this is entirely TOO much moisture in this container and I’m terrified to open it or eat anything in the bag. It’s effing sugar. How the hell is this okay??!!

2 weeks off yoga and I have been beaten this whole week. I am sore sitting here. I also had some muscle spasms trying to do a stretch that I know better than to do, so my sides (upper ribs to back shoulder) feel like I got knuckle punched. I’m also did it on the other side. To balance it out.

Quite some time ago I learned that you could get a manual typewriter that had cursive/italic font. Then I went on the hunt because of course! It arrived while I was away and I unboxed today. I did have to treat the ribbon to use it for now while a replacement comes, but oh boy this is fun!

Sample of typewriter typing with a super light top 2 lines that says “Iknow this needs a new ribbon but I still wanted to try it out.” It’s so faint even jamming the keys didn’t make all the letters show up.

The next bit is visible and readable and says, “Texting the cursive typewriter ribbon now that I was able to get it reactivated a little but. Ohhh… this is going to be fun and noisy!”

We took advantage of having this work day available to do some running around and went to one of the bigger malls. And we got one of those viral mango ice cream things. It was really good. We shared this one though I really wanted to try them all.

I ordered some ink from Japan back in August. Then the package was declared missing and I was given a refund. And I’m pretty sure the seller got a refund from FedEx who apparently lost said package. The ink arrived today. Battered and beaten, but here. /sigh. I already ordered a replacement :/

Finally landed. In an uber with a lady driver. And of course, OF COURSE, we hit traffic some 4 miles from home. Like “stopped on the freeway” traffic. It’s the icing on my crappy travel day cake.

The best $130 I spent this week has to be the upgraded seat to the front row of the economy section so I have NO ONE in front of me. Usually for tall folks, I know. But I paid fair and square.

First flight was delayed 2.5 hours. 2nd flight my gate has changed 3 times. AND it’s delayed over an hour so far. There are almost no seats so I’m on the floor after walking 2.5 miles in this airport alone. I seriously am so frustrated.

Today was the first time in a LONG time I participated in a proper auction on ebay. I set myself a max limit of what I’d be willing to spend on the item and at about 5mins til, I put that in. Someone was real mad and got me to within $4 of that max.

There’s a hot-desk space I share a wall with. Literally never got used until I got assigned my space. One of the regulars has the most grating voice ever. She sounds like she’s talking to an infant all the time. ALL. THE. TIME. She’s speaking to adults on the phone but in baby voice. 🤢🤮
