Oh, no. I believe they're a bit older than. . . That. ( she'd look to the side, grimacing at that phrase. ) I thought it'd be good to follow your example. And well, do something with my time.

Of course. It's everything we've ever wanted. It's just been a bit boring. I've been teaching though, lately.

Hopefully it. . . stays that way. ( pearl let out a sigh. she couldn't help but worry, especially after everything. ) It's been surprisingly quiet, even with Amethyst.

Perhaps. . . it's because your gem half is a diamond? ( she'd look completely dumbfounded. )

I'm glad to know you have good friends here. ( she would nod in return, before looking VERY confused. ) As in. . . the magic from your little books?

Alright. . . ( she looked a bit worried. . . but that quickly dispelled at his suggestion. it's been so long. . . but the thought of sword training again. . ! ) I'd love to!

Lots of training. Though, most gems know how to fight when they're made.

A painting I did earlier this year of Pearl from Steven Universe! 🎨 #stevenuniverse #fanart

An image of Pearl from steven universe surrounded by a mass of pink curly hair as if the wind is blowing it in her direction. it is implied to be from rose quartz. Pearl is blushing resing her right hand on her face and holding her other hand to her chest, her hair windswept as well as she looks off to the left where the hair is coming from. the back ground is a light blue sky with clouds.

pearl and amethyst paint each other's portraits... #StevenUniverse #RenewStevenUniverse

A four-panel comic of Amethyst and Pearl from Steven Universe showing each other paintings they have done of each other. In the first panel Pearl worriedly reveals a realistic portrait of Amethyst and says, “If we had more time, mine wouldn’t look so amateur…” in cursive. In the second panel Amethyst is nodding while looking at the painting. In the third panel Amethyst has flipped her easel around towards Pearl to reveal her painting of Pearl. Pearl is depicted as an ostrich squawking loudly with paint splatters. Amethyst is smiling while saying, “I went for more of a feeling...” The fourth panel is a close-up of Pearl pursing her lips together angrily with an arched brow. Amethyst is going ‘hu hu hu’ from off-screen.
